About CreateYourHealth
Create Your Health is a long-running YouTube channel hosted by Peter Bedard, a Canadian-trained hypnotherapist (per the channel's own description, which lists MA and C.Ht. credentials). The channel features Bedard interviewing alternative health practitioners and demonstrating their methods on himself, covering topics such as energy healing, Chinese herbs, reflexology, and Mayan abdominal massage. The channel has about 2,820 subscribers and 88 videos.
Viewers are mostly estimated to be older adults in the United States interested in holistic wellness, based on the topics and comments visible in the dataset. Median views are about 491 per video, and the channel has not uploaded in the last year, so reach is limited for current campaigns.
A sponsored integration costs $150 to $250 per video, which is roughly $20 to $35 per 1,000 median views. Paid ads usually run at $10 to $30 CPM, so this channel is only competitive for brands in holistic wellness that want a narrow audience.
